How to brew White Christmas

Add 3 to 4 scoops / teaspoons of White Christmas to a T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug with 100ml of 100℃ water.

Allow this to sit and brew for 7-10 minutes to make a strong concentrate.

Fill a tall, heatproof glass with ice and once brewed, place your T2 Teamaker on top of your glass and allow it to strain over the ice, or remove your infuser and pour the tea over the ice.

Top up with still or sparkling water and enjoy!

Garnish with cranberries and orange slices for an elevated finish.

Place 2 scoop / teaspoon of White Christmas in a T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug.

Add 250ml of 100℃ water and allow to brew for 5-7 minutes.

Once brewed, put your T2 Teamaker on top of your mug to strain or remove your infuser, and enjoy!

White Christmas Colada Mocktail

Serves 2 person

Ingredients

3-4 heaped teaspoons T2 White Christmas
60 ml / 2 fl oz coconut cream
30 ml / 1 fl oz cream of coconut
15 ml / .5 fl oz vanilla syrup, if using
Ice cubes
Toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Maraschino cherry for garnish

Shaker or mixing glass

Brew tip

Garnish with toasted coconut flakes and a maraschino cherry.

Method

Add 3-4 scoops / teaspoons of White Christmas to a T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug with 200ml of 100℃ water .

Allow this to brew for 5-10 minutes to make a strong concentrate. When brewed, put the T2 Teamaker on top of a mug to strain or remove your infuser, allow to cool.

In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the chilled White Christmas tea, coconut cream, cream of coconut, and vanilla syrup (if using).

Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake until everything is thoroughly combined and chilled.

Strain into a serving glass filled with ice cubes and enjoy!
