How to submit a review

    If you purchased the item online, find My Past Orders in your Online Account. If you purchased in-store, then simply search for the product you want to review on the website.

    Click on the Write a review button.

  • 3

    Follow the steps to review the product, and tell the rest of the tea community what your favourites are and why.

    Once your review is approved and published you will be entered for a chance to win. One winner will be selected every month.

Helpful review writing tips

  • Describe what you liked about the product and why.
  • Share advice on how you like to brew the tea or use the product.
  • Add photos of the product in-use.
  • Focus on the product and not the customer service, contact us directly if you have issues requiring attention.

  • Simply leave a review on a product that you have recently purchased. Please note, you must have purchased the item you review.

  • The winner will be notified via email within the second week of each month. We’ll send it to the email address used to submit the review, so please ensure it’s correct.

  • You can enter as many times as you like. Each time you leave a valid review that gets published, you will be eligible to be selected.

  • T2 will select the winner based on the most helpful and insightful review – the most informative and valuable in providing feedback for our customer experience and products. To be eligible to win the prize you must also be signed up to the Tea Society and opted in to receive marketing promotions.

    You must have purchased the item you review to be eligible. The winner will be selected during the second week of every month to one winner.
