Inspired by the iconic orange spritz, originally sipped in the sunny sidewalk cafes of Italy. When brewed, it sings with zesty citrus notes and the slight bitterness of a true spritz.

  • Loose leaf fruit tisane with bright and tart orange notes.
  • Sealed fresh inside a compostable poly bag, packed into a reusable tin.
  • Try it iced to create a mocktail. Simply pour it over ice, top up with sparkling water, then garnish with orange slices and Sicilian olives.
  • Best brewed for 5-7 minutes using freshly boiled water. One teaspoon per cup.

How to brew Italian Spritz

    Add 3 to 4 scoops / teaspoons of Italian Spritz to a T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug with 100ml of 100℃ water.

    Allow this to sit and brew for 7-10 minutes to make a strong concentrate.

    Fill a tall, heatproof glass with ice and once brewed, place your T2 Teamaker on top of your glass and allow it to strain over the ice, or remove your infuser and pour the tea over the ice.

    Top up with still or sparkling water and enjoy!

Garnish with slices of fresh orange​ and a green Scillian olive.

    Add 2 scoops / teaspoons of Italian Spritz to a T2 Teamaker or infuser.

    Add 250ml of 100℃ water and allow to brew for 5-7 minutes.

    Once brewed, put your T2 Teamaker on top of your mug to strain or remove your infuser, and enjoy!

Drink it straight up, no milk is needed.

Italian Spritz Cocktail

Serves 2 person
Ingredients
  • 3-4 scoops / teaspoons T2 Italian Spritz
  • 100 ml / 13.5 oz 100℃ water
  • 50ml / 7 oz sparkling wine/non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, if using
  • 240ml / 8 oz soda water or lemonade
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
Tools
  • T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug
  • Heatproof glass
Brew tip

Garnish with slices of fresh orange and a green Scillian olive.

Method

    Add 3-4 scoops / teaspoons of Italian Spritz to a T2 Teamaker or infuser and to this add around 100ml boiling water.
