Apple, hibiscus flowers, rosehip peels, white tea (7.7%), sweet blackberry leaves, orange peel, peach flavouring (2.8%), elderflower flavouring (1.4%), elderflowers(1%), peach bits, flavouring.

How to brew Baker's Breakfast

  • 1 tsp per cup
  • 2-4 mins
  • 80°C (176°F)

  • Iced

    Boil the kettle. Warm your cup or pot first by adding a splash of boiling water. Swill and discard, then fill with 80°C water.

    Add 1 teaspoon of Elderflower Peach to your infuser and place the infuser in your cup. To make a pot, the general rule is 1 teaspoon/tea bag per 250 ml.

    Brew for 2-4 minutes, or to desired strength. This contains white tea so be careful not to over-brew.

    Remove the infuser. Sip mindfully and enjoy!

Brew tip

There's no need to add honey or sweetener to this tea. It's best sipped straight up, it's naturally sweetened by apple and peach.

Elderflower & Peach Spritz

Serves 1 person
Ingredients
  • T2 Elderflower Peach
  • 20ml gin [optional]
  • 90ml prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • 35ml soda water
  • Lime slices
  • Ice

  • Teamaker or infuser in a mug
  • Heatproof glass tumbler
Tip
This contains white tea so be careful not to over-brew. Ensure you use water no hotter than 80°C and limit your brew time to 4 minutes.
Method
  • 1

    Add 2-4 scoops / teaspoons of Elderflower Peach to a T2 Teamaker or infuser and add around 100ml of 80°C water.

    Set timer and brew for 4 minutes depending on how strong your'd like your tea.

  • 3

    Fill a heatproof glass with ice, then pour over 25ml of the Elderflower Peach concentrate made in step 1.

  • 4

    Add gin and prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling wine, then top up with soda water and garnish with lime slices to serve.
