However, instead of throwing away these perfectly safe-to-drink teas, we have ensured their quality, extended their best before date beyond six months, and repackaged them to retain as much freshness as possible. So, you can devour these brews at a fantastic price until they are sold out whilst we continue to do our bit for the planet by reducing waste.

All Slurplus Teas have an extended best before date (BBD). This means these brews might not be as brilliant in colour and flavour as they once were but are perfectly safe to drink. So, whilst these brews might be past their prime, we have ensured their quality by careful inspection; reassessed their BBD to reflect how long you can sip without concern; and repackaged them to retain as much freshness as possible whilst also reducing waste.

Because Slurplus Teas are past their prime, the tea might taste or look different compared to the premium product. But fear not, the teas are still safe to drink. Hot tip: if you find the flavour is weaker than expected, we suggest popping a bit more tea in the pot to get that strong delicious flavour you know and love.
