The flavour profile

Beginning with a strong black tea base, we layered notes of pound cake with its buttery batter and a hint of sweet vanilla. To finish, we sprinkled rich cocoa husks throughout, leaving a deliciously smooth aftertaste with every sip.

The story behind it

The iconic novelist started her mornings with a simple yet satisfying meal that is said to have consisted of pound cake, tea and the occasional hot cocoa. Here at T2, we’re lovers of Austen’s work and the simplicity of her breakfast of choice inspired us to create a tea blend in her name.
