Traditional and distinguished, the Gong Fu range is skillfully crafted from Yixing clay. Yixing is a town in the Jiangsu province of China that is famous for its production of this unglazed teaware. Yixing clay is unique over time as it absorbs the flavour of the tea brewed in it. The Gong Fu range is designed to cater for either Green or Oolong teas and only one flavour should ever be brewed in the one pot. Flavoured teas such as Earl grey or Jasmine tea should never be drunk from this teaware. Use the teapot to brew, then pour the tea through a strainer into the serving pitcher and pour the tea into the cups. Rinse with water and allow to dry. Do not use detergents.
