A special Chinese tradition, Gong Fu is a style of tea service that originated in the Fujian and Guangdong provinces in China. Big leafy teas like Oolong and Pu-erh are consumed during this service. The Bamboo Tray is an essential for the Gong Fu tea service. The Gong Fu ceremony involves a lot of washing of the cups and teapots and the tray is specifically designed to catch overflow water and keep water from spilling on the table. Rinse with water and allow to dry. Do not use detergents.
