Why sign up to be in the T2 Tea Society?
Its all about bringing the tea lovers together. Benefits are....

What are the gifts?
Where do we start....... tea , homewares, discounts  the list goes on.
When I join T2 Tea Society how long before my purchases start recording?
Straight away!
 
What happens when a customer signs up?
When a customer signs up to Tea Society they will receive a welcome email with a link to the Tea Society pages on the site, a temporary pass word for their online account and info about the program
The customer’s Tea Society online account allows the members to check all of their loyalty information.
Can my old purchases be transferred onto my new Tea Society card?
Your purchases will only be recorded from the moment you sign up to the Tea Society. The reason we have started T2 Tea Society is because you have shown us how loyal you have been to us..... now we want to start rewarding you for it.
Will my Tea Society card number change as I move through the tiers?
No, it will stay the same – we will send the member out a new card that has the same number. The number will only change if the card is lost or stolen.
How do I report my card lost or stolen?
Let one of our T2 team members in store know, or log into your online account and report it through the “lost /stolen card” option. The Tea Society Manager will transfer all previous purchases and points onto the new card number so the customer will not lose any benefits.
When I reach the High Tea or Secret Tea society level – how long before I receive my new card?
You will receive an email as soon as you reach the new tier with details of your benefits. The Card will take 30 working days.
If a customer doesn’t continue to shop at T2 – what happens with their membership?
A High Society or Secret Society member must spend at least once over a two year period or they will go back to the 1st tier- Tea Society.
They only need to spend a $5 minimum to remain in the 2nd or 3rd tier. If they don’t make this spend their T2 card will be recognised as a 1st tier ( T2 Tea Society) when they present it in store.
What type of VIP events?
VIP events will be held throughout the year across Australia.  They will range from Tea training and demonstrations to discounted events and previews of new teas and homewares.
 
How do I sign up for my Tea Training?
Give our T2 Tea Ambassador a call on 1300 TEA TOO  or email your request with your Tea Society number through to T2teasociety@t2tea.com
Is my customer information provided to any other company?
No. T2 will keep your info safe.
What if I don’t have an email address?
Sorry, it’s the best way for us to keep you in the loop about all things tea, so you will need to provide this.

What happens when I sign up to T2 Tea Society?

What if my email address or physical address has changed?

Just log into your account and update your information. Make sure you keep this information up to date so you recieve your new cards, gifts and updates.

 

How do I report my card lost or stolen?

Let one of our T2 team members in store know, or log into your online account and report it through the “lost /stolen card” option. Once the card is reported lost/stolen, you will be unable to add transactions onto your account until your card had been replaced - this is for security reasons. All your previous purchases and points from your lost/stolen card will be transferred onto your new card number and the card will be sent out to you in the post within a few weeks.

What if I don’t want to recieve emails?

You can unsubscribe, but you won't recieve updates on special discounts, events or points... it's our primary way of communicating with our Tea Society members.

When do I start earning points?

You start earning points once you spend $500 and graduate to the High Tea Society. You then continue recieving 25 points for every $500 spend.

 

What are points?

Each point you recieve is the equivalent of one dollar to spend on goodies in store!

 

How do I keep track of my points?

You can log into your Tea Society account through www.t2tea.com and check out your tally.

We send you an email every time we give you points as a gift. 

 

Can my T2 Tea Society Card be used for T2 Teahouse or Wholesale Purchases?

Not on the cards at this stage...

 

Can I buy a Gift Card with my loyalty points?

Sorry, as your loyalty card points work like a gift card unfortunately you can't buy a gift card with your points (it's a technical thing)

 

If I don't want to be a Tea Society member anymore, how do I close my account?

Email us your request at t2teasociety@t2tea.com with your membership number, name and email address and we will close your account.

 

If I have any questions about T2 Tea Society, who should I contact?

Call and speak directly with the Tea Society Manager on 1300 TEA TOO or email directly to t2teasociety@t2tea.com.
