Inspired by one of the most famous and widely-drunk teas in the world, this is a Moroccan bazaar in a brew. Gunpowder green with a peppermint zing is a sweet, smoky contradiction. The grounded earthiness of the tea is uplifted by the freshness of mint which leaves a bold, lingering memory. Strong and sweet, refreshing, bright and exceptionally persuasive.
Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 1-2 minutes in water at 80 degrees Celsius.
Serve:
For an authentic Moroccan feel, serve with fresh mint and rock sugar. Delicious hot and sensational iced.
