A blend of classic full-leaf teas, including Assam and Yunnan, combined with bergamot produces a deep coppery breezy brew with body. Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 2-3 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius.
Serve:
Black or with a splash of milk. Can take sugar or a drizzle of honey if desired.
