Keemun leaves harmoniously blended with vanilla pieces produce a glorious treat with a touch of sweet. A medium-bodied silky smooth brew has a rich aroma and a clean finish. Surprisingly subtle, ''Mad Van' is versatile and very moreish and a wide range of tea drinkers find this a truly delicious drop.
Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 2-3 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius.
Serve:
Black or with a splash of milk. A little sugar or a drizzle of honey brings the vanilla out to sing.
