Earl Grey
Earl Grey
Black
Description:
A revered favourite, Earl Grey was first created by a Chinese Mandarin in honour of the British Prime Minister. Earl Grey is a large leaf, full-bodied Sri-Lankan blend of Ceylon orange pekoe and generous amounts of bergamot, producing an all-time classic tea. The orange pekoe leaves brew a coppery liquor with a pronounced bergamot aroma. The flavour is bold with good body and bright bergamot overtones that linger on the palate. It yields a slightly smokey finish with medium tannin.
