Description:
Our classic Chai blend of black tea with cloves, star anise, sweet cinnamon, ginger and orange peel and delicious cacao bean pieces provides a distinctive, warm chocolaty aroma with nutty nuances. Slightly softer spices makes this a comforting and silky smooth winter winner.
Brew:
Chai can be brewed two ways. Use 1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 2-3 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius for a quick fix. Or for a richer and more authentic taste, brew in the traditional Indian fashion. Place water and chai into a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from heat, add equal parts milk and sugar (if desired) and return to low heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add honey at end (if desired).

With milk and a little sugar or honey if desired

This is one of the best chai teas I have ever tasted. You can taste the spice of the chai and the sweetness of the choc chip, all around a great taste for the sweet tooth that enjoys a good chai as well
