Description:
This tea is about to go into retirement. Stock up while you still can! Our rooibos take on the Indian classic. Apple pieces and almond slivers with rosehips and hibiscus petals combined with fermented rooibos produces a wonderfully warming bold brew. Snug cinnamon and clove spice with a citrus tang is a gently comforting, caffeine-free exotic enjoyment.
Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 3-5 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius.
Serve:
As is. Brew longer for stronger and can take milk. Drizzle with honey for sweet spice.
