Description:
The staple in our oolong range, semi-fermented khaki green leaves expand upon brewing to produce a light, clear yellow infusion. A grounded, well-balanced brew with a delightfully nutty aroma and a hint of charcoal. A smooth resinous taste transforms into nutty flavours with a little woody smoke. A subdued and simple refreshing all-rounder for those new to oolong or as an alternative to China Jasmine to enjoy with a meal.
Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls. Brew 3-5 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius. Good for 3-4 infusions.
Serve:
As is.

Enjoy:
Oolong is the perfect all-rounder, great for any time of the day. Its digestive properties make it especially good to serve with or after meals. Fantastically refreshing, serve iced in summer for a thirst quencher.
Consider:
Hojicha Bancha, Gen Mai Cha Bancha, Toasty Warm.
