Description:

The Taiwanese really are the masters of oolong, and this tea captures their craft with skill and ingenuity. Exquisitely light, the smooth buttery palette is complex and nuanced, with a heady perfume of nuts and fruit and a sweet and full aftertaste. Formosa for me and for you sa!

Brew:

1 teaspoon per 200mls. Brew 3 - 6 minutes in water at 80 degrees Celsius.

Serve:

Hot.

Semi fermented tea.
