Description:

The Portuguese name for Taiwan, when first discovered was Formosa, meaning "Beautiful Island". We've named this tea in the same sentiment. This fanciful, dark amber oolong is a stunner indeed, with brisk tones of woodiness, finished with idyllic bouquets of wild florals. Transport yourself.

Brew:

1 teaspoon per 200mls. Brew 3 - 6 minutes in water at 80 degrees Celsius.

Serve:

Hot.

Semi fermented tea.
