Description:
Specifically selected, single-trunk trees in the Phoenix mountains produce this highly prized and carefully cultivated tea. A light, clear infusion with a yellow tint has a wonderfully strong natural aroma with fruity and floral overtones that include succulent peach and passionfruit. A deep and lingering, well-balanced spectrum of fruity flavours has a hint of charcoal on the clean, fresh and highly refreshing finish. Grand China Oolong has many similarities to sauvignon blanc in flavour and finish, making it a crisp, refined and deliciously invigorating drop.
Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls. brew 3-5 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius. For the gong-fu method, use 2 heaped teaspoons per small pot and pour immediately.
