Description:
A fragrant floral tisane widely consumed in China for all sorts of well-being issues. High in vitamin c, but most importantly it tastes and looks beautiful. Try it with honey.
Brew:
3-4 buds per 200mls, brew for 5-7 minutes in water at 100 degress Celsius.

My absolute favourite tisanes. Just rose is beautifully delicate and calming. I enjoy it both hot and iced (with berries).

This tea made me smile before it even got into my mouth. It was more the delicious smell of the roses that appealed to me than the subtle flavour of this brew. So delicate and lovely.
