Rolling Clouds
Rolling Clouds
Green
Description:
An exquisite hand-shaped tea using leaves from the delicate Yunnan spring harvest. Loosely rolled balls that gradually unfurl when brewed to resemble a rolling cloud. The full flavours and aroma need time to develop, so long brewing is rewarded. Initially smooth and sweet on the palate with a lingering floral finish which gently engages. Over time the brew becomes richer and fuller with a refined bittersweet quality. Each ball is designed to hold its flavour for multiple infusions, so this is the perfect partner to d and m's with good friends.
Brew:
One ball per 200mls water. Brew for at least 8 minutes in water at 80 degrees Celsius. Infuse up to four times.
Serve:
As is. Best with a ball placed directly in the cup for full appreciation of the flavour development.
