Ning Hong Jing Hao is T2's premium Keemun. The beautifully fine, well-formed dry leaf has golden tips on a dark body. Once brewed, the leaves produce the savoury aroma of roasted barley and a rich and smooth infusion with a golden syrup-like colour. Full, deep and complex, sweet florals float over a rich cocoa flavour with a delicate, bittersweet touch. The lingering finish has hints of charcoal and dark chocolate. An exquisitely balanced brew with a luxurious velvety feel from start to finish. A more complex and balanced version of T2 Keemun with a smoother, less fruity flavour and a more refined texture. Simply stunning!
Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 2-4 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius. Good for 1-2 infusions.
