Keemun
Black
Description:
Carefully cultivated in China's Anhui Province, Keemun is famed as the ''Burgundy of black teas'. It is a rich, fullbodied wine-like brew that has a balanced, sweet flavour. Slender and slightly curved leaves produce a bright, complex and slightly smoky infusion filled with lively fruity sultana flavours. An ethereal floral finish has exquisite orchid and rose notes. Keemun forms the base for many English Breakfast teas and our house selection is medium-bodied and well-balanced with slightly softer tannins. An engaging and smooth brew that is versatile for any time of the day.
