Description:
A fresh, bold and uncomplicated brew that is perfect for drinking at any time of the day. The dry leaf undergoes a cut, tear, curl (CTC) production method to reveal finely broken particles that enable a quick-infusing tea. A bright, beautiful coppery infusion has brisk, grassy notes and a slight earthiness. A full-bodied and well-balanced cup with a clean, fresh herbaceous taste. A comforting, hearty cuppa indeed.
Brew:
1 teaspoon per 200mls, brew 2-4 minutes in water at 100 degrees Celsius.
Serve:
With milk and sugar if desired.
