T2 have developed some instructional videos that take you through the process of brewing step by step.

Tea in a Cup

An alternative to brewing using a teapot is infusing directly into the cup or glass. This method is becoming increasingly popular with cafes.

Step 1:
Warm the glass and position the infuser on the rim.

Step 2:
Spoon one T2 Scoop into the infuser.

Step 3:
Pour hot water straight off the boil into the glass.

Step 4:
Infuse for 3-5 minutes.

Step 4:
Remove infuser and serve immediately
