Iced Tea

When summer comes the word on the street is iced, using an iced tea jug is the easiest and most effective way to brew.  Fresh is always best with iced tea. For perfect iced tea, try Turkish Apple, strawberries and cream, French Earl Grey, or Marrakech.

Strawberries & Cream

Step 1:
Use an Ice Tea Jug with infuser, rinse jug out with hot water, and then discard this water.

Step 2: 
For a tea jug of this size, place 10 x T2 scoops into the infuser, pour hot water straight into the jug.

Step 3: 
Allow this to infuse for 5 minutes. This concentrate can be kept in the fridge for the day and is enough to make about 10 glasses of ice tea.

Step 4:
When dispensing the ice tea, fill your glass to the top with ice then fill to the top with tisane, add garnish, serve immediately.


Turkish Apple

Step 1:
Use a heat proof ice tea jug, rinse jug out with hot water, then discard this water.

Step 2: 
For a tea jug this size, use 10 x T2 scoops of Turkish apple powder, pour hot water straight into the jug then stir. This concentrate can be kept in the fridge for the day and is enough to make about 10 glasses of ice tea.

Step 3: 
When dispensing your ice tea, fill your glass to the top with ice and then fill to the top with tisane, add garnish, serve immediately.
