Instructional HDYB Videos

T2 takes the confusion out of the infusion.

T2 have developed some instructional videos that take you through the process of brewing step by step.

Chai Tea

How do you brew? / Videos

This spicy blend based on a a traditional Indian marsala chai can be served by simply brewing with water or in the traditional way with soy milk to create a more rewarding experience. The aim of making chai is to release the full aroma and flavour of the tea and spices while maintaining a milky, creamy brew.

We recommend serving the chai with honey for a more traditional flavour, however sugar can be used.

Step 1:
Warm the plunger – plungers are best used for serving chai, as the longer the leaves brew the richer the taste will be.

Step 2:
Add 2 x T2 scoops of Chai for this size. Half fill with hot water, and let it brew while you steam the soy or the regular milk.

Step 3:
Pour the steamed milk into the pot and allow to brew for a couple of minutes.

Step 4:
Plunge and serve immediately.
